About the Role
We are seeking a 75% Remote/Work From Home results-driven, strategic Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, establish high-value partnerships, and identify new market opportunities. This individual will play a critical role in scaling our business by combining strong sales acumen with sharp business analysis and high-level negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across key markets.

Negotiate and structure high-value deals, partnerships, and client contracts.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, product) to align on growth initiatives.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.

Track pipeline progress and provide regular reporting on KPIs and sales forecasts.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings as needed.
Qualifications

Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or strategic partnerships (3–7 years preferred).

Strong background in negotiation and closing high-value deals.

Solid analytical and business strategy skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and hit goals.

Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
