About the Role

We are seeking a 90% Remote/Work From Home results-driven, strategic Business Development Manager II to drive revenue growth, establish high-value partnerships, and identify new market opportunities. This individual will play a critical role in scaling our business by combining strong sales acumen with sharp business analysis and high-level negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across key markets.

• Negotiate and structure high-value deals, partnerships, and client contracts.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, product) to align on growth initiatives.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

• Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.

• Track pipeline progress and provide regular reporting on KPIs and sales forecasts.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings as needed.

  Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or strategic partnerships (3–7 years preferred).

  • Strong background in negotiation and closing high-value deals.

  • Solid analytical and business strategy skills.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and hit goals.

  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
